orders
Most online orders will be carefully packaged and mailed within five business days except for the personalized notecard orders. The personalized notecards will be mailed within three to five weeks after the order is placed.
payment
When you wish to purchase an item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. All purchases are processed through PayPal's¨ secure website and may be purchased by credit card or bank transfer. (Don't have a paypal account? You can still pay through PayPal¨ without signing up for an account.)
shipping and handling
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
The rates are as follows:
international orders
Due to higher shipping costs, international orders require additional postage. Please place your order through Paypal, and I'll send you a separate invoice for shipping surcharges as necessary.
returns
If you are not satisfied upon receipt of your order, please contact me within 10 days after receiving your product. After authorizing your return, the item must be shipped back in the same condition they were received. Under all returns, the customer will pay for the return shipping. Once the item has been received, a refund will be processed.
*Please note that the personalized notecards are non-returnable because of the custom nature of the order.
